Punta is often sung in Garifuna and features the garavón drum ensemble. In the mid-1980s, Punta Rock was created by blending Punta with electric guitars, which helped revive Garifuna culture and language.

And Punta is also the most popular dance in Honduras because as stated Punta orinates from the Garifuna people which invloves a lot of hip movement while drums and maracas are playing. The music and dances of Honduras very diverse and good to listen to i would recomend listening to the music and to watch their tadidtional dances.

Honduras is rich in natural beauty and cultural heritage one of the many things that interested me where all the activtys there were to do. It reminded me of my trip to cancun and the activitys i did on my trip were very simular to the things you can do in Honduras. And the similarities in cultures for example it caught my interest that in Honduras they also celebrate quinces. And i felt that i could relate since im about to have one and its remarkable that some countrys hold the same traditions. Comparing Honduras and my life experiance in the U.S is very different because in the U.S we have multiple foods that people choose to eat but i admire that when you go to visit places like Honduras you wouldnt get a hambuger like you would in the U.S you want to get one of the many dishes that are popluar in Honduras
