-The Scouts are NFL scouts who come to Macbeth and convince him that he should be the starting quarterback over Duncan. This causes Macbeth to start chaos on the team in an attempt to get the starting spot.
-Lady Macbeth is Macbeths agent who convinces Macbeth that he must act on the scouts advice and mess with Duncans gear to get him injured.

Therefore, she questions Macbeths will to win at any cost and drive to be the best and Macbeth gives into her plan. Her plan is before the next game to mess with Duncan’s helmet padding so when he is tackled he will suffer irreversible brain damage and he will no longer be able to play football.
