3. I can support my co-TLs by building a stronger relationship and partnership with them, collaborate to them and assist/help them with any task that will benefit our community and learners.

1. A successful TL looks like a good driver that drives carefully to make his/her passenger feel comfortable and safe as they reach their destination.   The passengers  I'm referring to are the learners, parents, colleagues, and community and our destination is reaching the vision, mission and goals of the DepEd and TFP.
2.My ICM will make me feel supported by listening to my opinions, giving me constructive criticism recognizing my efforts and helping me grow personally and professionally.
3.I can support my co-TL by building a strong partnership with them, showing that they can can count on me anytime, willing to listen, learn and collaborate .

A TL for me is like a candle. They become successful when they are able to light the way of the learners to reach their full potentials towards the fulfillment of their dreams and aspirations and when they work harmoniously with the stakeholders, colleagues, community and  the TFP organization in achieving one goal; that is, upholding the mission, vision and core values of TFP. 
2. My ICM can make me feel supported by keeping track on my progress,  sharing expertise on things that I needed to cope with, keeping me motivated through words of encouragement and being able to inculcate an approachable and positive attitude.
3. I can support my co-TLs by building a good rapport with them, so that, we can collaborate to express our opinions on things that matter, since we are on the same boat, we can learn and adopt possible solutions and ideas in addressing common challenges because "Teamwork makes the dream works".

B. My ICT can make me me feel supported by constantly keeping tab on my progress/failure, listening and respecting my opinions, giving constructive criticisms, sharing expertise in things that I have difficulties, and encouraging me to keep going or push through things during the times that I have doubt in myself.

C. I can support my co-TLs by building trust in them, by influencing them with positive attitude and by building a good working relationships with them so that we can freely communicate our ideas and thought and work together in finding solutions to challenges that we may meet along the way. We really needs collaboration because" Great things are never done by one person. They're done by team of people"

A successful TL is a good role model to everyone. When I say everyone, I mean to the family, community, colleagues and especially to the learners. Children tends to imitate their teacher always so the teacher must be a good example and inculcate it into their young minds. She must also be a good example of attitude and behavior so she must behave by the way a teacher must behave.
2. My ICM can make me feel supported by keeping me updated with the events and happenings in the TFP program. Personally, it makes me feel that I belong when I get updated in whatever happenings in whatever event or organization I am into.

A successful TL for me is someone with a clear vision, a clear idea of where she wants to go, how to get there and what would success looks like. A TL should also lead by example: a role model, knows how to communicate effectively and open for sharing of thoughts and ideas, nurture the strengths and talents of her co TL's,  drives forward with passion, enthusiasm, inspiration and motivation  in order to build teams committed to achieve common goals not just for the school but for the community as well. 
2. My ICM can make me feel supported first and foremost by being honest with me in the sense that she's gonna tell me if I am already not performing well in the group, knows also how to listen in my opinions since i am open for constructive criticism for me do more and give my best. And lastly my ICM who knows also to recognize, appreciate my accomplishment even in a simple way, with that I can feel that the support extended is indeed 100% probably. hihi
3.well, I can support my group by being honest, give my trust with my fellows, have an open discussion and interaction with them, Ready to give my time and exert effort, can use my skills/ experiences and knowledge towards the success of our group and lastly ...being committed and dedicated teacher with a beautiful heart and soul,,basta't para sa bata... para sa bayan... ravarrrn lang!

It grows from a little seed, then grows like a young plant and eventually a tree. From the beginning, a TL works in his limited knowledge, wisdom and capability. His horizon is limited only to his classroom(students).He is encaged within that four corner. Until such time that horizon widens as he works not only to development of his students but also to his co –TL. He will be extending his arms to others until such he will get out from his comfort zone to reach others in the community. He is not only nurturing and sheltering the students inside the classroom but also carries them to the community. It like a tree whose branches spread out to shed more.2.My ICM will make me feel supported by always there to guide me toward our goal.He keep tracking my activities, giving me feedbacks personally which went well and went wrong. He will help me to overcome my weaknesses and enriches my strength. Gives words of encouragement when things went wrong.3. The vision, mission and core values imbedded on him/her served as guiding light leaving behind a zeal that served as an inspiration for  others to brave every challenge despite and in spite of any circumstances.

B. My ICM can make me feel supported if she works with me harmoniously, make communications open, boosts my self-confidence, shares updates and infos  and make me aware of my mistakes (if any) in a nice way.

C. I can show support to my co-TLs through regular "kamustahan", sharing updates, working together harmoniously, establish a sense of belonginness and also sustain the spirit of "bayanihan" towards a common goal #parasabataparasabayan
