How I Have Changed

I have changed a lot in the past year (since i've started middle school) I'll give you some examples so you can get an idea, I used to be very upset to go to school because all I did was look at the cons instead of the pros for example instead of saying that I get to see my friends I got mad that I didn't have all my classes with them , so I wouldn't say I changed , I would say I changed my MINDSET. You could say I also had a personality change you know? like an attitude change but that's not a major change but I would say I got funnier ;)

My Family

I have a pretty small family (that lives with me: siblings, parents, pets) So I have 2 sisters both older and younger so that makes me the second-born AKA the middle child. My older sister Aesha is 16 years old and if I'm being honest I have no words I mean that in the BEST way possible, my younger sister Mia is 5 years old and she's very energetic and playful. Now let's talk about my parents: My dad is very smart (he's the one that helps me with my school work) and he's a very hard worker and he's always trying to make us laugh. Now let's talk about my mom she loves shopping and she's very sweet and she tries her best to make us happy. They are definitely the world's greatest parents and I'm so grateful to have them. That's not all I have the world's greatest puppy: Luna I love her very much and I'm so happy to have her.

Important People

There are lots of important people in my life but there are just some that have a bigger impact than others such as my dad, my older sister, my mom, my younger sister, and my abue AKA my great-grandma abue is just what we call her. These family members are important to me because My dad he showed me that to succeed you have to work hard and he just makes me feel loved and safe, My mom on the other hand has been there for me when times were tough and she makes me feel comfortable and loved, My older sister Aesha has been there for me since I can remember we do fight a lot but I guess that's just a sister thing but I still love her and she's been there for me leading the way, My younger sister Mia not only made a HUGE impact on my life but she changed it for the better when I was younger since Aesha was older by 5 years I guess you could say I wasn't her ideal play buddy so even though I'm older now I still love to play with Mia if it means spending time with her I guess you can say that even tho we are 7 years apart we still have that close sister bond. I saved the best for last my abue she's 87 and the mother of my grandma even though I don't see her as much she's made such an impact on my life and she's one of the strongest people I know, She's a real role model and a model at that.  Of course, it's not the only family that has made an impact on my life my friends have made a HUGE impact on my life also such as Alondra, Lily, The Garcia Twins, and Camila they have impacted my life, and here's how: Alondra or Aloe vera AKA my best friend has been there for me since the beginning of 5th grade so, about a year now, we've been through water and fire together and have been there for each other has much as we could and I can't wait to make many more memories with her not only that much she's SUPER smart, Now let's talk about Lily or Lilay she's always there to make me laugh and she brings us the best food and she's super smart even if she doesn't think so, Now the Garcia twins or Double A batteries I've known them since we were in 2nd grade and their double the fun when their around it feel like a party and I love that they can make a depressing moment into a nonstop laugh moment, Last but not least Camila or Caramel I had just met her during the middle of the year but I feel like I've known her forever she lightens up the mood and when she smiles I smile. I think my biggest role model has to be my abue even tho she's all grown up I look up to her because of how strong of a woman she is. These people have a special place in my heart for sure!

My Heritage

My national and ethnic back round is hispanic. My parents met in highschool and my grandparents met at the park my other grandparents met in their home town they were neighbors. I know what family is in my culture and food and traditions. That's all about my heritage!

My Religion

Yes my religion is a big part of my family and culture because we follow God's words and actions. My Family and me are catholic and I go to Sacred Heart church. I don't know how my religion is different from other people's because I was raised catholic and I'm not familiar with other religions and what they do. Me and my family would want someone to know that family is first and family is important for our religion/culture.

My house is very bipolar because in every room there's a new color scheme or decoration but that's what I love about my house and I know this is gonna sound crazy but I have a Harry potter themed room and I also love it. My room does have some things that make it MY room like pictures of family/friends on the walls or tables and my love for Harry Potter makes my room complete for sure!

My Education

I arrive at school by riding the bus. I went to the elementary school here at Pinnacle with Ms. Payne and Ms. Hicks. The best teachers, in my opinion, are for sure: Mr. DiDuro and Ms. Payne, I've had some fun experiences with both but my favorite with Ms. Payne is when I first met her and I stuttered so my name sounded weird and she got confused but with Mr. Diduro I think my favorite experience has to be when we were watching Baraka and I looked at Mr. Diduro and he smiled real big and waved at me but there were so many funny things that happened in Mr. Diduros room but that little moment has to be my favorite. The only extracurricular activity that I've been in was volleyball I have never really been to an after-school club.

Food and Music

In my house we commonly eat chicken but you know chicken made in to other things not just always plain chicken pieces but I would say that the most distinct flavors are for sure salty stuff and I prefer it that way.  At school I normally eat sandwiches. My favorite type of music is music that makes you think about your life and then makes you wanna cry but I do NOT listen to the same music as my family we are complete opposites in music. No I don't listen to music that usually is in my culture but sometimes I do and it's stuff like mexican bands.

Language

In my family we speak spanish but with my friends I speak both english and spanish. I feel more comfortable talking spanish because that was my first language and I feel more confident speaking it. The pros is that some times people don't understand what I'm saying and it's funny when people get scared because they think you talking about them (obviously not) but the cons are for sure mixing both languages together by accident making me sound like I can't speak english.

Traditions and Holidays

We celebrate every "normal" holiday: Christmas, Thanks Giving, Easter. Halloween but for a couple of those holidays we had our own little twist into them. The most important part of those holidays have to be spending time with family. We for sure have our own little twists but it's noting people haven't seen before.

How I want To Change

By The time I'm 30 years old I hope to be as healthy and productive as I am now. My goals are to become a doctor, make lots of money, and live in the forest all by myself in a big house. I will achieve this goal by studying and working hard. I want to live in the forest where it's quiet and peaceful. My dream job is to become a doctor and help very injured people so maybe a trauma surgeon. I do not want a family.

I was born right on time and my length was 20 and my weight was 6 and a half and I was born with a lot of hair and dark, dark eyes. I'm the same as how I was 10-11 years ago because I will always count on my parents and count on them to have my back. I got the color of my hair from my dad but the pattern of my hair from my mom, and I got my eyes from my dad, and I got my height from my dad's side I also got my nose from my dad and my lips as well. For a short answer, I'm a 5'4 almost black-haired girl with almost black eyes.
