         <description><![CDATA[<div>Summary: Ms. Gallant working at Eaton's cafeteria, her shift started at 10:30 am. She usually came at 9:15 am to set up the tables and then do some personal shopping. One day as she was working towards the mall, she fell 15 metres away from the Eaton primary worker's entrance. She sued the owner of the mall. Trizec Equity bought this action before the tribunal, they said that the plaintiff was injured while she was working. They said that she&nbsp;<br>was on her way to work and was using an entrance, primarily reserved for Eaton workers.<br>1. Yes I think Trizec should be held liable for her injury. Since Ms. Gallant wasn't working when she entered the mall, her shift didn't start until 10:30.&nbsp;<br>2.<br>- she fell when she was 15 meters away from the work entrance<br>- she fell just after 9: 00 am, her shift didn't start until 10:30 am.&nbsp;<br>- she wasn't working or was in the working area where she fell.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
