After saying that I do not identify as christian, I am not spiritual at all, and I do not believe in any afterlife, god/gods, and after death I believe that your life is over,  and that you don't have a spirit or soul that goes somewhere else, or there is no such thing as reincarnation. I joined social media at a young age, and I feel that I used to be obsessed with what I see on social media, and now I avoid social media.
