Risks:
Some risks correlating with therapeutic cloning include mutations. Cloning is not perfect, and there may be some mishap in the process, possibly creating a negative mutation.

Some risks related to this newly discovered science is that it can be exploited. Organ kidnapping is already a serious issue in today's society, and if it is found that healthy organs can be cloned from just one person, the occurrence of organ-related kidnappings may increase.

Another con of therapeutic cloning is that it is expensive. If a treatment like this is only available to a certain class of people, this may mean a rise in inequality.

Young embryos have the potential of getting destroyed through the process of therapeutic cloning. When doing research related to therapeutic cloning young lives have to be taken in order to help benefit the research.
