Today´s class was about language, such as the meaning of it and that is divided in linguistic and non-linguistic. We saw that english language has grammatical forms or parts of speech. There is eight parts of speech: noun, pronoun, verb, adverb, adjectives, interjuction, conjuction, and preposition. For me it is a little bit confusing to memorize the meaning of prepositions, because some times I confuse it with the meaning of adjectives. In each part of the speech, we went throw examples and gramatical rules. Going over this theme helped to remind me of how english sentences are made of. And also later on, it will help me on how to teach others the bases of the language.
