Today is the first day I work at Nibong Tebal Personal Care (NTPC) factory. I work from 7 am to 5 pm. It is starts with the orientation. I am as the new worker were also briefed and authorized by the top management including human resources management. They offer me as Quality Assurance (QA) in Nibong Tebal Personal Care (NTPC)'s factory. So that, for the first day, I just sit in the meeting room to hear the orientation session and looks around the factory's area. Orientation session also have take time for one day. After lunch and prayer, I was also given exposure about the factory's organization, the safety factor to be taken during working, the products that are produced, the procedures at workplaces and so on. Next, today is my second day of being in the Nibong Tebal Paper Care (NTPC)'s factory. I need to be there at 7 am. They have been put me in the Quality Assurance (QA) department. During I ask for the works, incidentally, there are available in Quality Assurance (QA), so they just take and put me in that department based on my qualifications. I has be monitor under a leader that called En. Aswad. That leader tell me how to do the work and I need to follow his instruction. For this day, I just learn how to refer the file for every job that need to be done. In the file, it is show the way or method to do the works correctly. So that, En. Aswad want me to understand correctly the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) before he give me a work. For today, my daily routine also same. I need to be at factory at 7 am, so that I arrive 15 minutes early there. Before I start the work, I read first the file of the work procedures. During the afternoon, I follow my leader go to the store to check the raw material that are sent to that factory before keep it in the store. I also measure the box to fit it with all type of products and check the materials based on specifications determinate whether it can be uses or otherwise. Today is the fourth day I being worker in NTPC factory. I arrive at the factory around 6.45 am. In the morning, I going to the production's area to check the sample that are providing to the Quality Assurance (QA). QA have responsible for ensuring the products meet the standard that have been set includes the general qualities standards set by the factory. I also can look the process to produces the disposable diapers baby, personal care for women, cotton and wet tissue. Today I come quite late to work because rain heavily. So that, today I make overtime up to 7 pm. In the morning, I sweeping the floor in the room that I work while there is no any work to do. Furthermore, I also sort all the file that is not sorted based on type of work that has been set. Today I still work in the morning shift. My work is too many and should be done by today. So, I cooperate with others worker to complete this work. As usual, I check the raw material at the truck before put it in the store. Then, that materials will be use in the production process to produces finished products.
