Petr is very often positioned as a curator in the performing arts. Yet this is just a disguise. He works as an undercover agent to smuggle into the art-world his passion for hosting, cooking, bringing in the voices that are not likely to be heard, creating networks firmly rooted in curiosity, love, friendships, and plotting for utopian projects to happen.

Pauline, Agnès a.k.a. Nghiêm, Yannie, Payen (or PAYP) ate a spider age 2. She/They work at the crossing of dance, performance, and visual arts. Pauline is particularly interested in paradoxes, voices, faces, powers, shadows, chewing-gum, dreams, attitudes, loops, slippery things, death, sound, poetry, theatricality, magic, social stereotypes, personas, and other ghosts. 

The idea behind THE FIELD is to identify the relation-dynamics between these forces to reflect on our work and to imagine new narratives. We invite you to form constellations in order to challenge the power-structures in the arts, to find ways how we can empower ourselves in our work, and design the possible or not-so-possible scenarios of our models of organizing.
