Although the performance is more thecnical with high tech which we dont have, but we can draw from the important parts like scene 5.

The blocking for the scenes are visible for the audience to see from the side to the front of stage.

Although, my line in scene 3 is quite directed towards the front, however because of the movement of my hands being held back and my body forward it gives the audience at the side to view the scene.

Strength:
My projection was clear in scene 3.
Improved on the lift with Sabrina in the opening scene.

What I need to improve:
My movement need to be consistent and sharp in the opening scene.
I also need to make sure that when I walk in at scene 2, my movements are fast, sharp and also my turn is smooth and fluid.

Lastly, my my lines in scenes 5seems rush, I need to slow the words down and articulate words suing onomatopoeia to promote the words "Twisted, Crunched and Crunched" to enable the audience to understand and feel the realism of my words.

The movements started of in cannons then in sync.
As we move with grace and fluidity the movements because shadowed by the singers, this is because the staging wasn't right, the singers were suppose to be centered stage allowing us dancer to move with liberation rather than being small and managing the space.

Also because people were missing the movements were falling apart when we had to go down in the last pose.

This scene is for the opening of the play, it needs to. E intriguing and clear to the audience.

We were told by our teacher to ; walk around like we are in a gallery, while doing so act natural, pause when needed by looking in a perticular object that seems interesting. This way we are creating that calming authmosphe that gallery has also it allows the audience to understand the purpose of the scene.
This exercise helps me on how to apply details in everything I do, especially in the opening scene being around the easels, they way I stare at it, the way my hands move and by body it creates that artistic flow through the environment.


Towards the end of the exercise we worked on when she was walking through the middle of the easel.
As one of the characters from the group I feel amazed by her presence, we see her as someone worthy Thana the rest of us, that's why we keep eye contact with her as she walks through the middle.

For me next rehearsal I want to be able to work on the running section, by thinking of my pathway, this is because the easels are in the way.

These are the final idea i and Sabrina came to conclusions on.
Unlike the boys the girls was more intricate to put together.

I had to think from the outfits to hair, makeup and nails.
The girls outfits are also based on their character profiles they provided as well as a reflect to Pool (no water).
Each costume has some variations of colour, from the shirt to the trousers.
Most importantly we wanted it to have a hint of blue whether it's;  a blue Strechy jeans and a green or purple shirt or a black Strechy jeans with different shades of blue top.

Additionally, we are having the girls wear small earings, this distinguish the boys from the girls, the reason for the small earings is for health and safety.
Girls have variations of earings to wear from big hoops to small studs, we wanted to minimize the risk of having hoops earings so they don't fall off during performance which can hurt someone.

Lastly, I have improved on my communication skills during this process through meetings and having a one to one with each characters. l have learned alot about costume and how I can address things in the future if ever given the same role.
I and Sabrina worked well as a team because we shared the same vision from the start of the play making it easier and faster to work.
My knowledge on costume research has improved, because I get to know how different companies operates on their work.

Based on what we had done and just looking back at this video, I have improve on my reactions, the way I responded to Molly's line when she says bring the camera.

We also worked on the positioning of the moving rostra, placing it diagonally for the audience to have a clear view.
Although, it's challenging when moving it quickly because we have to get it in the exact position, changing it would disconnect the blocking and the audience wouldn't be able to see.

I also worked on my speech in scene 10.
My first line is showing the excitement of She coming out of the he hospital.
I showed excitement through my voice, my gestures and facial expression.
This line is directed to the group also the audience because I am narrating what is happening at that time, which also means narrating it to the audience.

this way the audience are ably to see from the sides and front of the stage.
Today was successful because i felt the environment coming to life as we are rehearsing, the costume and the visual enhances the play.

Because i work in the costume department i was pleased to see everyone on their costume, everyone looking individual as their character but having the significant of the theme of friend ship and art.

Today was successful because we used the time wisely focusing on things that needed to be done, however we din't finish the tech run, until tomorrow we'll run the finale scene.

I was given directions on scene 1 and 9 to create a visible spacing for the audience to see through different path of the play.

I also problem solved with Sabrina, helping her with the easel in scene one because a her pathner wasn't in.
The blocking for scene 9 was not accurate in the first performance, I was given directions on it to stand diagonally this way the audience at the side can see clearly.

During the matinee performance the blocking and space wasn't accurately filled out.
mainly the blocking because of the audience sitting on bothe side of the stage.
we did this warm up to remind us on our spatial awareness, what pathway we are taking and how we use to space to communicate with the audience.

Running around the space also help us produce more energy to the stage, especially the party scene that lacked enthusiasm in the afternoon performance.

In this clip we worked steps creating movement with contact work.
We worked in pairs and was told to pick a body part to press on our partners e.g arm, leg, shoulders etc.
I worked with Zeba, we took turns and picked 5 places each creating that pattern. It was an straight forward task.
After we had picked five places of the body, we now had to make it into a connection between our partner, that being said we need to perform on movement then the other person will perform another of theirs. This way we are building connection between yourself and the moments are forming into a story.
lastly, we add 5 single dialogues between our pairs.

This was my first initial ideal of my spoken word piece.
I started with a cartwheel in translation to the dialogue "surrounded by people". I then used the floor to create movements and different element while standing.

I wanted to create and ending to my piece which means performing a 2 minutes piece, however i was struggling to come up with the end piece, as you can see the end doesn't look presentable, so i just stuck to were it ended last week i felt it was suitable to stop there.
Although, i have made a conclusion to were it end , i still need to sharpen my movements, like the part were i needed to seat on the chair, i need to make sure that doesn't happen on my audition.
Also, i have changed the movement from swinging my legs to a jump and turn were it says "we will never meet someone who will make use feel like the sun"
What i need to focus on now is making sure i the dance has clarity and understanding.
Addtionally, i will be using a white studio light that which Chiamaa will be using to perform her piece. I want to use the light because it enhances my piece and it put me in a place were every thing around ,me is dark and that light is what i strive for, to be happy. The piece is about bullying and what everyone that is ,being bully wants is for it to stop so everything will be back to normal. I and Sabrina wanted to create an individual style based on their characteristics.
My character in this clip is playful and interactive, unlike now were am more of an introvert because of my illness.
We went on different location to film this video becase we wanted to show varities of activitie we did together as friend.
I strongly believe that the audience will feel the realism of this clip, as well as believing on the connection we have within ourselves.
