What do children need in order to learn?

I think children do really need to be active participants in the process of learning for this to take place successfully.

Children learn by seeing, touching, exploring, playing, experimenting, doing, creating, trying, hearing, etc.

They need our close day-to-day involvement and constant encouragement.

A positive stimulating environment and active emotional support is also crucial for children to feel safe and motivated.
