         <description><![CDATA[<div>Han dynasty- The Han Dynasty rose when Liu Bang became the king of the Han in 206 b.c. after the fall of the Qin dynasty. During the previous dynasty, Liu bang had been a minor government official. By the time the Qin collapsed, Liu Bang had raised an army and claimed the vacant throne. The Han dynasty fell when political struggles at the royal court and administrative dishonesty plagued the last century of the Han rule. Also, powerful regional officials began to treat peasants unfairly, and a large scale rebellion broke out. The Han dynasty fell in 220.  </div>]]></description>
