         <description><![CDATA[<div>It's debatable. Arguments could be made that it's renewable because low carbon emission is a major aspect. It could also be considered to correspond with the non-renewable portfolio because of the fact that uranium deposit on earth is finite, in contrast to solar and wind. To technically be considered  100% renewable, uranium deposit on earth would have to be indefinite.</div>]]></description>
