The poem i have chosen is actually quite a simple one that was published in 2015 and written by Kleis Val. It is caled the mask and was written for us, the readers, to recognise what a lot of us may do which is mask ourselves from who we really are! I really relish this poem because, although its simple and quite minuscule it caught my attention and led me to write about it.
The next poem i have chosen is called no celebration and its another short poem. No celebration is about the feeling of having lost loved ones and having no one to enjoy celebrations with. The author of this poem wrote, Since losing many loved ones, Christmas and New Year's celebrations have lost all meaning. They only highlight your loss, knowing nothing can change.
( i cant change my font now)
i understand this poem and even though its not directed at me, i still feel for the author and can sympathise and sort of get an understanding of how hat may be for some people dealing with loss.

Bronte starts the poem with a simile, comparing love to “the wild rose-briar.” She goes on to show how the rose changes through the seasons, implying that love will also fade.Friendship: Bronte suggests that friendship is steady and constant and able to sustain all difficulties.

2:Living space by Imtiaz Dharker
“Living space” is a poem about creating a place to live with few resources. Said by Imtiaz Dharker herself to describe the slums of Mumbai, India, the poem is a snapshot of a home that doesn’t have straight lines, solid walls, or secure ceiling.

I picked these two poem in particular because they both are completely different and my best one is the second one due to the point that I’m was learning about Mumbai in geography.
