Comment : I have chosen this video video because in this video they described negligence of tort very properly and it is very easy to understand.

Description : As shown in the video, tort is a private wrong devoted by one person to another. Torts can be intentional or unintentional. But intentional torts are known as negligence of courts.
Negligence is a failure of tort action. If it is a negligence there will be a person who is responsible for whole case. To succeed in negligence  complainant should prove all the elements of negligence which are described in the given video.Duty to take care of innocent person is the main element of negligence. Description :  in this Video it introduce negligible by one story. Perry is crossing the street and Dudley comes riding by on his bicycle with too much speed. There’s an accident and Perry gets injured. It also prove duty, breach, causation and damages to win a negligence claim. I explain one of them of duty. Duty mean defendant has an obligation of reasonable care to avoid causing injury and element of duty is probably satisfied duly has a duty of reasonable care to Perry.  Video also explain two types of causation actual cause and proximate cause. At last we predict that Perry will win in his lawsuit as he should be able to prove all four elements of negligence.
