Introduce tools to help them improve in those areas (action plans) such as presentation skills - set aside time to run through the presentation together before the team member presents to larger crowd & give suggestions.

Make a list of items that each team member can improve on, go over the list with them and give advice and guidance by sharing my own (leader's) experience and share with them useful tips.
