Electoral College should be modified, not eliminated nor kept as it is.

Reason: Adding 11 additional electoral college votes to the popular voter winner could decide elections.
Example: In the 1876 & 2000 presidential election would have settled the election in favor of the popular vote winner. (http://blogs.britannica.com/2010/06/the-electoral-college-keep-it-but-reform-it/)
Reason: Electoral College should reflect the Popular Vote.
Example: Since 2001, Maine and Nebraska have split the decision based on popular vote percentage. In 2008, Wisconsin made this move, splitting Electoral between Obama and McCain. The vote was 56%-44% respectively, thus Obama got 6 electoral and McCain got 4 electoral. It isn't an radical idea and may actually increase voter turn out because it takes the voters voice into account, therefore there is no more excuse of "my vote doesn't count." https://law.marquette.edu/facultyblog/2010/02/28/a-different-way-to-run-the-electoral-college/

UPS did not consider the individual differences between Deaf drivers, which qualified this as discrimination based on disability.
Reason: Deaf people are socially misunderstood. Many individuals do not see it as a language or culture, but as a disability.
E: When many people meet those who are Deaf, they speak at a higher volume, ask others if they can talk, cover their lips to prevent the Deaf person from reading their lips.
O: We should advocate for the Deaf Community.

Many countries around the world have changed their education systems to improve them for new generations. Some countries may not have the resources to update their education system, but the U.S. is a country that is a claimed superpower, yet lacks behind many countries in education.

While not every country has the luxury to a strong education, the U.S. is lacking in a strong educational system for a country that calls itself a superpower.

The U.S. focuses too much on testing and less on teaching students actual ideas and topics that they are interested in and really should know. Other countries have adapted their education system and some even gotten rid of standardized testing.

Another reason would be the lack of educational funding throughout the world, especially the U.S. and low teacher salaries that do not help them in their lives.

Many countries that are looked at as poor do not have higher end school systems. The U.S., a global leader barely puts enough funding into their educational programs. This leads to many protesting and speaking out for change.

We need to work harder in order to change and upstate our educational system.
