My name is Ingrid Sandrid Velez Lopez, I am 27 years old, I am from Girón Santander, i study and work at the same time. I live with my partner in free union and we do not have children, i am studying safety and health at work at UNAD, also in my spare time I play micro soccer and go for a walk.

I live in the municipality of Castilla la Nueva in a rural área, in the town center of San Lorenzo, and I live with my husband in a small apartment, however it has a living room, kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

I get up at 6:30 in the morning, and I have breakfast at 8:00 in the morning, I have cereal with milk and a banana, then I ride my motorcycle to work, then I have lunch at 12:30 noon, sometimes I eat beans, rice, patacones and fried meat for lunch.

I go home depending on my work schedule I have from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm or from 11:00 pm to 07:00 am. Finally, I do the cleaning of the house and advance the work of the university and I have dinner at 7:00 at night, sometimes I have soup, or the beginning of some cereal with rice and protein. I go to bed around 10 pm when I'm not working. If I don't have to work, I go out with my family to eat somewhere. and I study English twice a week.

·       ¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados? Si, estuve muy atenta para saber también mi realimentación.

·       ¿En cuáles de los siguientes espacios de interacción y aprendizaje participé? Foro de esta tarea, Talleres de componente practico (TCP), Web conferencias, ¿B-learning etc.? Estuve atenta en el foro de discusión y el B- learning.

·       ¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea? Aprendí sobre la presentación personal, de como utilizar conectores aparte de eso por medio del E-Book pude adquirir conocimientos practicando.

·       ¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿Por qué? Si, por que con estos conocimientos adquiridos puedo llegar más adelante a implementarlos.

·       ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? Aporta en el desarrollo de aprendizaje y de mis conocimientos para poder mas adelante poderlos implementar tanto en mi vida como en un trabajo.
