Sociogram/ Social matrix (e.g. who would you go for help/support in the class, who do you think needs help/support) --> can be used to generate a pattern/web of relationships amongst students in the class
[Teacher could retain confidentiality to identify class dynamics, students who can be tapped on to provide peer support, students who may be lacking in relationships. Teacher could invite students to provide some elaboration too.]
2. Teachers would need to be familiar with the (accurate) personalities of their students, and/or the reasons behind their behaviour (e.g. introversion due to personality or past experiences).
3. Seating arrangements can be intentional to help address certain peer relationships/ engineer active interactions (e.g. split up quieter students). Buddy system.
4. Include collaborative aspects in T&L - allow opportunities for students to interact.
5. Weekly check-in - can consolidate class progress (e.g. in discipline, cleanliness). Need to build good TSR
