This allow Canada to build relationship with other countries and achieve competitive advantage in the global marketplace.<br>Stable Banking System: compare to other countries, especially its neighbor, United States, Canada has a stable and safe banking system (major five banks) that controls the national Monterey policies. It is a competitive advantage for Canada such that their cash flow in the economy is protect by bank which allows to achieve economic growth.<br>R&amp;D: Canada encourage and give subsidy for the advance research and development in the country. This allow Canada to be innovative and stronger compare to other countries.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

For example:<br>Society of host country:&nbsp;<br>-awareness campaigns and other movements that advocate for and support ethical issue at hand. For example, child labour. Companies (in the developed country) will spread awareness to their consumers. This is an attempt to stop support towards unethical practices. Also, this awareness campaign can take place in the developing country (where the ethical issue is). The workers and consumers will fight against the unethical businesses.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

This is a competitive advantage for Canada because they are able to export to other countries that are in need of these products. Canada would then be able to profit from these products as they set the tone for supply and demand.&nbsp;<br><br>Political Stability<br>A competitive advantage that Canada has as there is no political disaster occurring in the nation. With the Bank of Canada controlling all inflation rates, the flow of money, and interest rates they are able to build a stable economy for trading.&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

These financial commitments can be the purchase of a business, land, stocks, bonds, shares, investment certificates, or any other asset with the potential for financial return.<br><br><br>Q2:<br>answers should discuss the quality and quantity of natural resources in Canada, the strength of the Canadian dollar, Canada’s infrastructure, the research and development undertaken in this country, the characteristics of the Canadian workforce, the characteristics of Canadian society, the level of entrepreneurship in Canada, and the amount of government involvement in Canadian business.<br><br>Q3.<br>answers should describe specific issues from the chapter, then explain how they might be dealt with.
