         <description><![CDATA[<div>Leadership is a skill that helps people build up a wonderful and cooperation team. People who own this skill will be very good at handling members’ confusion, conflicts, make sure every single member is intended to the same goal. Leadership is different management, leadership needs the leader looks forward and thinking about the team. On the other hand, the management is more logistics, more cautious about operations and budget. Basically the leadership will think “what is next” and the management will pay more attention to the current things. As a leader has to use this skill to make sure team members are all on the same truck, they know why they are doing and clear about their duty. During the team work, the conflicts will form when people don’t agree with each other. The leader will use the leadership skill to solve the problem and try to make the conflicts as less as they can. People own leadership is not meant to do nothing but thinking more and try the best to ensure that every team member is equal and they got the same treatment and gain enough respect. As Carolin Rekar Munro said in class the most important idea of leadership makes the leader from “good” to “great” will be: the ability to take people through the toughest times.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After I read a few chapters further, the best solution for building up a wonderful relationship is being an inclusive leader. Working as a team it is not intended to be a leader is different. So as a leader, I have to lead them to our goals but at the same time I have to show sufficient respect and attention to individuals. People are sensitive and tender, so the things I do and the words I speak in the team need to be more vigilant. I need to be considerate and inclusive with their ideas and mention them when they are on the wrong truck. They will feel and notice what I spend on them, like patience, care, and striving to build a better relationship. More reality will be come to the meeting earlier and prepare enough like little gifts, candy, coffee, etc. I cannot to everything for them but at least I can give them the feeling like I care about you and want to be friends with you, as a leader I care about every single one, and I hope you can put you defense away we are friends.</div>]]></description>

         <title>learn to be more Cooperative</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Working with other people means that we are no longer working individually. It becomes working as a team and the final achievement will belong to whoever participated in during the process but not individual. “Members on small teams typically ask more questions, exchange more opinions, and exhibit more cooperative behavior”(Daft, 2015). As a leader, I have to notice that we are working together and need to work as a large family. Every individual members have to understand other people have special and unique skills. Trying to make every individual to work together, I have to learn how to become more cooperative and also try to affect other members to cooperative.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Changing from &quot;Me&quot; to &quot;We&quot;</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the meeting, members are explaining their thought about the case. It will be easy to form conflicts with other people’s considered. I need to learn to understand what they are trying to say and accept the constructive points and discuss with other members about the ideas. I realise it is a teamwork but individual. From the inner side, I have to tell myself that I need to talk to other people and negotiate the ideas and decisions. Even I am the leader and I need to make the choice I cannot just choose what I believe to be right. For the appearance, I need to see what other people’s idea and what they are thinking about so that I can change my own idea directly, I have to know the team meeting is not a debate it is a chance to collect every one’s idea and combine them together to build a better one. Every time I receive different voice I needs to be patient and listen. Analyze their feedbacks and works together in order to fix the problem. After I go through the inside and outside process, I need to change my mind and start to focus on our new decision, even sometimes it will be different than my own, I still need to accept it and focus on it, because we are a team and it is a team work.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Improve will never ends.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Establishing a better relationship with team members will help me solve the problems when there are conflicts happen between team members. It will also give me a chance to add more new friends. I will improve the skill of building relations. There will be fewer conflicts and problems if the team is harmonious, warm and like a family. Improve myself to be more cooperative helps me control my mood and learn to be more tolerant. I believe other members will see how I control my mood and learn what I did to control themselves, the atmosphere of the meet or the small group will modify a lot. People are nice and friendly, patience and less, conflicts.</div>]]></description>
