In my office, there is an office desk in the center and an office chair behind it. On the desk, there are some pens, highlighters, and a stapler. There is also a monitor and a mouse that I use to do my work. Next to the desk, there is a scanner and a tape dispenser. I use the scanner to scan documents, and I need the tape to stick papers. Near the window, there is an air conditioner to keep the room cool. In the corner, there is a shredder to cut old files. I also keep extra ink cartridges for the printer when I need them. In front of the desk, there is a small coffee table for short meetings. My favorite item is the office desk because it is big enough for all my supplies. With these things, my office looks tidy and helps me work better.

In the future, there will be many popular jobs that I can do. But the job I really want is to be an accountant. Now, I am majoring in accounting to pursue my dream. First, I chose accounting because it offers many job opportunities and gives me basic knowledge about money and business. In addition, it helps me think clearly, solve problems, and make good decisions. It is also useful for working in banks, companies, or starting my own business. Moreover, I can earn a good income. Then, I want to work for one of the Big Four accounting firms, for example KPMG,PwC, Deloitte, EY, and work in the accounting department. In this job, my duties are to prepare financial reports, check expenses, and help the company manage money correctly. Therefore, I need to have good math and computer skills. I also need to be careful, honest, and responsible at work.

I would like to work for KPMG because it is one of the Big Four accounting firms in the world and it gives young people good chances to learn and develop. The company specializes in accounting, tax, and advisory services, helping clients manage their money better and prepare clear financial reports. I want to work in the Accounting Department as an Accounting Associate, which is a good position for new graduates. My job would include recording financial transactions, preparing reports, checking numbers, and supporting clients with their accounts. I will also work with senior accountants to gain more experience and improve my professional skills.

If I were the office manager, I want the office to run well. All employees should be punctual because this shows respect for others. Everyone should follow the dress code and wear professional clothes to make a good impression. You should have a polite attitude and be responsible in your work. It is okay to talk about work or general topics, but you should not gossip, eavesdrop, or interrupt your colleagues. You should avoid actions that can offend or distract others, and always put your phone on vibrate during meetings. Following these rules of office etiquette helps everyone work well together.

Yesterday, I had a problem in the office. The printer was broken and could not print any documents. It happened in the morning, before the deadline. This problem made my work slow because I could not print the invoices and reports on time. Another printer was slow, and the internet connection crashed, so it was difficult to send emails. In addition, the shredder was also out of order, so I could not throw away old documents. I asked technical support to fix the printer and restarted my laptop. I worked carefully and finished my tasks later than usual. I have learnt that it is important to have a flexible plan, keep my workspace tidy, and check the office equipment before a busy day.

After I graduate, I am going to find a job in an office. I want to earn money and get more experience for my future. Besides, I will need teamwork and communication skills because they help me work well with other people and finish my job better.I believe these plans will help me become more confident and successful in my future career.

After I graduate, I want to work as an accountant in a big company. I hope my company will offer many benefits such as health insurance, an annual bonus, paid holidays, and training courses. Besides, I think a company car is not important to me because I live near my office; therefore, I don’t really need it.
