• My role today was to get to know all the products in the company, example for local packages : 1D Perlis Tour, 2D1N Hatyai + Songkhla Packages.

• I need to go through all promotional videos produced my MLS Holidays, including Koh Lipe Tour Video, Team Building for Bosch, Advance Ceramics & Paramount Property.

• Learn to reply customers enquiry on company social media platform : Facebook Meta Bussiness Suite.

• This week start to learn about marketing tactics for product to be publish on Facebook.

• Study how to market and maximize the effect of advertising towards the packages publish.

• Collaboration with local influencer to promote our China Products (10D9N Har Er Bin, China)

• Fill in China visa application form on behalf of customers, contact customer for preparing their document to apply for China visa

• Learn about costing of ground package, to count package by formula

• Reply and check daily emails, reply MLS social media platform on Facebook, deals with customer enquiries

• Update Redang Island new package price starting on March 2024 for Redang Pelangi Resort, Redang Beach Resort, Redang Bay Resort and Redang Laguna Resort.
