Let them take ownership.&nbsp;<br><br>With the relaxation of restriction, identify potential volunteers via events and draw them into our family.<br><br>RC should be more accessible to residents. Through their visits, expose activities and courses.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Meals to meals help community, Exposures for family(younger ones) in community events - see the community in different perspectives. Touch point on volunteering to educate younger generations.</li><li>How to start cause base initiatives to attract new volunteers. EG. IMC for new immigrants to bond with community. Throw in suggestions on the improvements among communities. Connecting via community centers, promoting the groups and reach out to the new immigrants/new volunteers. Helping out each other and organize events to share about the course/causes that govt is promoting &amp; implementation. More on sharing of these events to attract more people involving and contribute.</li><li>Communication with schools to reach out to younger generations and parents about communities events and get them involved.</li><li>Bring in new volunteers - introduction by current members, do more interactions with younger ones. Showing younger generations&nbsp; through actions, on job training, exposures and learning through helping others.&nbsp;</li><li>Publicity of student leaders through schools such as public picking rubbish. Link from younger children to volunteers&nbsp;</li><li>Through designing activities (talent dancing) starting with seniors and bring in more younger crowds. Passion of helping young and old.</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

Youth Network - health and fitness<br>&nbsp; Create sports activities and expand to others for others to join activities, can understand how the communities work and in turn join the communities. Eg. badminton<br><br>2. At every community session/activities<br>- Create booths and also ask and initiate contact such as google forms/survey/feedback during and after each session to seek interests to join as new volunteers.<br>Through feedback , can also gauge their interests and attract them to join as volunteers and realise their talents.<br><br>3. Open recruiting volunteer fairs to share about every committees and what they do so they can have a better understanding of the existance of the committees and engage them to join<br><br>4. Identify residents and groups to tap on them - volunteering<br>- age group centric to tap on them<br>- also define incentives to drive them to have a continuous flow of volunteers/manpower/engagement<br>- schools/ tertiary<br>- collaborations with NIE - elective modules<br><br>5. Creating channels to allow individuals to come in to volunteer<br>- media platform, pamphlets, posters,<br>- Volunteering recruitment platform can be formed to give more details and be prompt with volunteer enquiries<br>-volunteer introduction/training programne<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
