<title>&quot; Many people will argue that the program’s benefits for the truly disabled families are outweighed by the negative effects caused by abuse of the program.&quot; He says this because his point is that it does help and the thought that it overweight&#39;s the good to the bad helps his point of view. Also he states &quot;Unfortunately, if Disney ends their Guest Assistance Card Program they will be on par with other theme parks which offer very little assistance to the disabled&quot; Which helps his point because if Disney stops there won&#39;t be great service at theme parks to disabled people.</title>
