During the Age of Exploration lots of new land was discovered but this new found land wasn't just for the taking, there were already natives who were living on this land. They're many examples of these invasions in history and one major invasion of land was Hernan Cortes against the Aztecs. When Hernan Cortes arrived at  Technochtitlan the 1st thing him and his men did to the Aztecs was slaughter the indigenous people of Technochtitlan, he forced them to submit to him and give him whatever riches and items he wanted. Instead of exploring, discovering, and making peace Hernan Cortes decided to fight and conquer. His invasion and destruction of the Aztec people inevitable led to the destruction of Technochtitlan. The English and French also were invaders, they invaded North America. The English and French arrived to North America and they're only goal was to take and steal land from anyone who was not Christian, nevertheless they were still thief's because religion shouldn't matter.
