Practitioners a bit more emphasis on the concrete nature of the work with emphasis on systems change and capacity building. Family more emphasis on the more general impact around opportunity and justice and freedom. Mention of reparations across all three groups

There is a lot of alignment among these charts. It’s also an interesting contrast in that staff were the most specific, and thus had less “big words” that most folks used, family had the most shared or key terms, and practitioners were somewhere in the middle (it seems, I could be over analyzing :-)

I see values focus from family, strategic focus from Practitioners, and a Misty Re from the Staff. I love to see the references to reparations, power, and at-scale impact.

Reparations at size in all three, but three different sizes. Interesting that the people some (or most) perceive to have the most power - family - wrote reparations the largest. Focus on economics?

Staff and practitioners both focused on creating a level playing field (me essentially equating “Eliminating Disparities” and “Systems Change”) versus what America is about = economic power, unlike the family.
