1) I think the laws in United States are not always fair. Some people have better treatment than others since of money, race or social status. I also think that United States tries to improve the laws to become more equel for everyone.

2) I think an exemple of a bias in the US legal system is the skin color since black people are sometimes given harsher punishments than white people.

3) I think we can give everyone good lawyers, we don't have to pay to have a good lawyer.

1) I believe the laws in the United States are designed to promote equality , but their creation and enforcement are not always completely fair. Factors such as political influence, economic status and racial bias can affect how laws are applied.

2) I think an example is that Black Americans often receive harsher sentences than white people for similar crimes.

3) Things could be fairer with more legal help and closer checks on judges.

In my opinion, the laws in the United States are not always created and enforced in a fair manner. The laws are different according to the place where people live and the social status. For example, the State laws are laws applied to one particular state so each state has its own laws.

I think the result of a case could be different according to the social status. If people have enough money, they can hire a good lawyer who could change the result of the case.

To ensure fairness and justice for all, the jury must be composed by representative people of american citizens without any distinction of the social status, the skin color and the gender.
