The Petronas Towers, also known as the Petronas Twin Towers (Malay: Menara Petronas, or Menara Berkembar Petronas) are twin skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. According to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH)'s official definition and ranking, they were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004. The buildings are a landmark of Kuala Lumpur, along with nearby Kuala Lumpur Tower.The Petronas Towers is good for shopping , skyscrapers and touristy.The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) located in Sepang is about 45 km south of Kuala Lumpur City Centre/Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). There are various ways to get from KLIA to KLCC and vice versa. It takes about one (1) hour by taxi (plus or minus depending on traffic), around one (1) hour fifteen (15) minutes by bus, and twenty eight (28) minutes by KLIA Express Train (KLIA - KL Sentral route).
