My school has WiFi NetWork and sometimes it is ver slowly. The teachers have a username and a password. My school has a ICT coordinator and he is the only one that can give the credentials to access Internet and install softwares.

Ten years ago, the government implemented a program called the e-school technological plan that consisted of equipping schools with computers and interactive whiteboards as well as encouraging students and teachers to join the program. Subsequently, secondary schools were renovated and rehabilitated in order to equip classrooms with the necessary technology. Unfortunately, it was not possible to implement in all schools, only some schools were contemplated, of which my school was not. However, there is a group of teachers responsible for installing the software and for the correct use of the internet network and other colleagues who are real enthusiasts about the use of technology in the classroom.

I only teach Mathematics in a secondary school. I'm not administering the infrastructure, but sometimes I help some colleagues in ICT problems and I use often thetechology in my lessons.

In my school, we have access points of Wi-Fi all around the school, so that is the reason the Wi-Fi is accessible to Teachers, Administrative staff and Students. In the other hand, the responsable of ICT infrastructure give the password to connect our personal devices.

In my school, we do not have BYOD Project, but all students have smartphones and they bring them to school, some of them bring the tablets or the laptops and they use their devices because they know the Wi-Fi password. Sometimes, I allow the students to use smartphones and its applications but, unfortunately, they are using smartphones primarily to navigate the content of social networks instead to learn.

Im my school the teachers uses some Google services, as Gmail and Google Drive. I use with my students my official mail, the facebook account or the mensenger to send them the material and to explain the exercices.

In my school we don't have any problems to use the Clouds Google Services. We use the Google Drive between the teachers to share the oficial documents, materials.

In my school, the teachers decide if they should to use or not the cloud services during the teaching. I think, sometimes, the teachers want to use the cloud services in the classroom but they have affraid to expose in front of students that they don't Know.

I try to be careful with the emails that I receive and with the files that appear on the pages. I pay for the program antivírus to protect my all devices (Laptop, Tablet) , so I can say that my operating system and the antivirus are updated and my devices are protected. In the ohter hand, at school, we can not download and install any software, only the responsable for ICT.

No, the school must not pay the ramson
2. What should the school do now?
The school must report the oficial authorities and the police immediately.
3.What should you do to prevent this happening in your school?
The school must have the software antivírus upadated and inform the users such as the teachers and students to be carefull when they open the emails and the differents forms of Internet threats.
4. What would you say to the media?

I think the responsable for the ICT infrastructure must say the true to the media and he will prevent to avoid next hackers attack.

In my school the students can not use the mobile phone in the classroom unless if they are instructed by teacher to do some task such as the calculator or some research. My school has not AUP.

I am not an ICT administrator. My school has a ICT Teacher and he is the ICT administrator, he solve the technical problems and he keep safe and maintenance the ICT infrastructure.

It is very interesting. In my school all teachers work and teach with their own Laptops or Tablets. We do not have any support to get one of those. I wonder the school can get support and finance to buy laptops for all teachers as the same time the ICT administrating equip the all classrooms and keep safe and maintenance the all laptops?

It seems to me that the biggest challenge of a TIC administrator faces on a daily basis is: to maintain and update the software of all devices and equipment, to keep up with the advancement of technology, deploying licenses on the network to upgrade software with financial resources available in which working conditions are not always the best.

I voted in this idea "The costs of printing by introducing educational management platforms are reduced considerably. It is no longer necessary to print so many documents; many are of this are managed from the cloud."

I think I have some skills as the ICT coordinator of the school: I am assertiveness, a good organiser and the ability to work with the others colleagues. I want to improve my understanding of how standards in other subjects can be raised through the use of ICT.
In Cisco Networking Academy training, I recommend the Course "Learn networking fundamentals and advanced concepts with hands-on practice and simulations to develop your skills"

In my school a very complicated situation is related to the old equipment in the classroom whose software and hardware are not updated and the incompatibility between the different devices. Therefore, teachers bring their own computers and tablets to use in the classroom and thus try to motivate students to succeed in learning. On the other hand, the ICT manager constantly and daily helps other teachers, administrative staff and students in the hours he has for the position of ICT administrator, because he also plays the role of teacher.

I think the most striking transformations in teaching in the 21st century are online learning and the influence of technology and tools in the teaching process, promoting the quality of formal and non-formal learning in order to improve school and academic results.

The Universal Design for Learning (UDL) consists of a set of principles and strategies related to the curricular approach in which it seeks to identify and remove barriers to teaching and learning. On the one hand, it ensures not only access to information presented in different modalities, but also promotes the participation and success of all students with and without disabilities. On the other hand, it allows the teacher to develop pedagogical practices, define teaching objectives, produce materials and establish forms of evaluation that suit all students, taking into account not only their diversity, but also what they learn, how they learn and because they learn.
The UDL concept has developed three key principles that allow us to broaden learning opportunities for all and make the curriculum approach more flexible, personalized and tailored to individual needs.
Therefore, an inclusive school for all, where everyone can acquire learning according to their competencies, goals and objectives
