1 – cup surgar
3 – teaspoons cinnamon
How to make:
In a large frying pan add oil over a medium high flame. Once oil is hot add a flour tortilla and fry till golden crisp on each side. Remove from flame and drain for 5 minutes on a paper towel. Then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
