The legislations would have been passed through the government who then would later set it as a law or a set of laws that all relate. Each piece of legislations made to show members of the public what behavior is acceptable and the consequences of breaking the law . Legislations covers all situations in our lives such as the safety of those in working environments which also relates to people in schools and university's. The majority of people who use this service have either health or social issues or even both. In this drop in Centre there is a lot o cases of violence against each of the service users which lead to injuries' . This would relate to the legislation of duty of care because if they are fighting and getting injured then the people who work there would need to put the service users in their best interest to keep all the service users safe. Duty of care is a obligation to always care for others to ensure they are safe at all times.
