         <description><![CDATA[<div>A legislation is a process of law which is controlled by the government or the local authority's . The legislations would have been passed through the government who then would later set it as a law or a set of laws that all relate. Each piece of legislations made to show members of the public what behavior is acceptable and the consequences of breaking the law . Legislations covers all situations in our lives such as the safety of those in working environments which also relates to people in schools and university's. Not following the legislation (breaking the law) there are many consequences that go along with this such as fines , prison sentences and unemployment.  </div>]]></description>

         <title>The community drop in Centre</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This drop in Centre is specifically made for adults of any age in the community who are homeless. The majority of people who use this service have either health or social issues or even both. In this drop in Centre there is a lot o cases of violence against each of the service users which lead to injuries' . This would relate to the legislation of duty of care because if they are fighting and getting injured then the people who work there would need to put the service users in their best interest to keep all the service users safe. Duty of care is a obligation to always care for others to ensure they are safe at all times. If someone gets injured while you are in a room at the drop in center and they are in danger or a danger to others then you could be held accountable because </div>]]></description>
