Perhaps an additional tool to consider would be a printed out cheat sheet for the other department to refer to while discussing ideas with the group. The classmates were incredibly helpful in my group when it came to clarifying facts and sequences using imagery for better understanding. The cheat sheet would basically assist the dance department in feeling confident with addressing ideas without full reliance on the science students.
