PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME Please reflect on the March 6 class meeting. Did you have enough information from the presentation to begin to form a strategy for a dance. Did you receive additional information from the students in your group that helped to do so.

As for the interaction between students, I would say we still need a little bit more time to get to know each other, so we can actually help each other to figure out what to do with the presentation.

I left for work at 1450 when we were still doing the group activity. So I did not receive any further information about strategies for creating a dance. I will say that the idea of tribalism in humans was illustrated perfectly in the group activity, however. It might be beneficial to have some kind of ice breaker activity in small to medium sized groups just so we can get to know students outside of our discipline

From the last class meeting, we went over self-organization of groups and how different contexts can influence these natural orders. I feel like there was enough information presented to create a dance, such as setting problem-solving scores similar to what we did towards the end of the meeting. We did not really get into smaller groups, so I think there could be more information to uncover once we get the opportunity to group up and share ideas.

I feel we did got enough information to begin to form a strategy since small factors such as the one we were introduced, can easily form the structure of our dance project. We also got to connect with our group and shared contacts.

With the addition of dance examples we did as a class, I believe I have some idea on how to transfer key polymer concepts into movement. There wasn't enough time to communicate about ideas for possible dance strategies or polymer concepts we wanted to tackle with our group.

Perhaps an additional tool to consider would be a printed out cheat sheet for the other department to refer to while discussing ideas with the group. The cheat sheet would basically assist the dance department in feeling confident with addressing ideas without full reliance on the science students.
