I have learned that in  this week’s module it  encourage me to think about how to think critically. The activities in this module makes me   discover how to think, and for me  to plan on how to become a well-cultivated critical thinker. In learning this module, I already respond and write the answers to each of the activities and practice the suggested behaviors. Memorizing the facts about critical thinking is not the way to learn critical thinking that's what I have learned from the week-long topic.

My favorite activity of all the activities we had this week was the "Activity 6 QUIZ: Observations and Insights " because it really helps me to clarify the difference  between observations and insights. It is important that for us as a future innovator,  in conducting  observations and drawing insights  to be able to design my own product and  solutions that are truly  needed by, and are useful for the Life on Land.

As an IT-student, studying in Science and Technology University, it is really essential for us to learn about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) have a huge part to play in today’s society. As a blueprint for making the world a better place, these goals can help engage us students and they are a set of common goals to help us overcome global challenges like poverty, inequality, climate change, and more.

The first paragraph really rent free in my mind that for the next almost 20 pages I'm not sleepy.

" In today’s working environment, an office without a personal computer (PC) is unthinkable, and those of us who cannot be reached at work by e-mail have some explaining to do – as does a company that does not have its own website. In the domestic environment, ICT is beginning to play an important role as well, most obviously in the form of the Internet." I think that the goal of this book is not to provide a state-of-the-art picture of all the blessings ICT has in store for us. They give us more information exclusively on the organizational domain, leaving the ‘domestic’ role of ICT to others. They show what role ICT can play within the organizational domain, which we will do by not only focusing on the (positive as well as negative) effects of ICT on organizations.
I have  discovered about myself when it comes to reading a lot of pages was just, stay focus and you can have an AHA moment in the said book you read. Because of the said book was so long to read it in 1 day so I decided to divide it by 3 then read some every free time I have. Moreover, I suffered difficulties in listing  down three possible organizations I'm probably be conducting my capstone project to begin with.

of a customer will help us connect, relate and empathize. By interacting with a potential user of a product or
service, stories reveal personal insights and feelings.
When you understand how to ask questions in the right way, you can get a lot more out of your work relationship. Asking takes courage because we can’t control the answer. But we do control what, why, how, where, when and who we ask. Like a diamond in the rough, effective questioning is a skill that can be uncovered, honed and polished. And with each question we ask, we leave a gap for someone else to fill. The answer may please us, but it may also disappoint us or make us feel foolish.
We ask a question because we want or need something that can be factual information, an explanation, and a clarification.
When we wish to propose solutions, we need to identify the needs of the users. This will help us innovate and create products or services for a person. These are the three recommendations :
I’d recommend paying attention to high-quality questions, in the first place. An skilled interviewer is responsible for a variety of tasks, including developing hypotheses, selecting interviewees, composing invitations, scheduling appointments, setting the stage, and, of course, writing an interview script. Any of these preparations could go wrong, but if the script fails, it's all for nothing. So, if you've never done a lot of interviews before, or if you have to delegate it to non-designers. Don't ask yes/no questions and Don't make assumptions.

In simple words, the aim is to segregate groups with similar traits and assign them into clusters. 
This week we were task to make the clustering in every organization we interviewed last week. Of course were having difficulties in clustering for the first data it takes us almost 8 hours and the help of our teacher we just made it to finish. And the other two fields were assigned to as an assignment with the other task. These activities were done by the unity of the group.

I'm super excited and nervous at the same time in this week because as a leader I always pray for my teammates and for me as well that we can do well for the upcoming defense for the three(3) concept papers we're going to present to our adviser and panelists. So  because of that we prepare all the needs for that day, we do the brainstorming of the ideas to come up to the 3 concept papers, printouts, and many more. There were any challenges we encounter on that week like our final concept idea was lost like totally lost, it takes hours we encoded those in computer shop but didn't save in our flash drive that gives us a very tired day and start blaming anyone in the group for not taking the responsibility and didn't know how to  come up the same idea that was already submitted to our adviser and because of that we don't have a choice but to make a new concept ideas during the deadline period but it's okay na. My AHA moment about the discussion of project statement and clustering was it was all be better if you would do it together with the teammates for the best outcome and makes us understand deeper the chosen topic.

In defense day was the best part of this week for me because it's the first face-to-face defense I faced during my three(3) years in college that makes me excited if maybe I can't do well or the other but it really feels great that I didn't even feel nervous facing my dear panelists.                26-Final 2nd defense day
Because of our professor was on leave on this week because of the preparation of her wedding day(congratssss ma'am) it gives us more time to prepare in our chosen concept for the second chance in presenting the final concept paper. The experience give us some thought that we need to do better in presenting our final concept because they are giving us 2nd chance.
At last, our concept was already approved na and it makes me like this week to the extent na I can sleep wearing a smile in my lips. It's been almost three weeks since I wrote my last reflection in Chapter 1 for the research paper but I'd still remember all the events happened in this week. Many things I need to do this week specially in this chapter which is the RRL, I had really having a hard time doing finding RRL tbh, it's like you need to read all those many text that my both eyes already surrendered because of long time screen reading through gadgets but I must do it and I need to! To avoid too much screen reflection I take a rest every 30 min. and so on. We're sad because we're going to redefense on the next day. After the defense we decided to double our time for the  new system that the panelists  agreed which was the inventory system.

In June 9 the day our redefense my team was so  nervous because this is the last defense if we fail for this we will go back again in capstone 1 an hardships won't be paid of charrr, anyways thanks to papa G as well as to our advisor who always there for us we passed! and we claimed it and finally we can take a deep breathe for this day and  we also knew na papunta palang kami sa exciting part but atleast we can finally take a rest this night without worries roaming in our minds, but our manuscript for final output for this sem is not done yet, we decided to meet again the next day to continue doing it and of course later final checking for the panelists and editing then printing and done!!!
