I think some of the biggest challenges teachers face are keeping the kids focused and interested in the material. I also think parents can be a big challenge for teachers.

I believe that the biggest challenge teachers face is students lacking motivation as they are unable to see why acquiring an education is important to their future selves. It is difficult to teach people who are unwilling to apply themselves.
