         <description><![CDATA[<p>My productive day at work-PLAN</p><p>I am going to get up at five am, and start to create a task list for the day.</p><p>I am going to take a healthy breakfast as a fruits with kumis and cereals.</p><p>In my work I am going to set time blocks to write documents without distractions.</p><p>I want to stop procrastinating by starting tasks as soon as I receive them.</p><p>And the end of the day I am going to wrap my desk and shutdown my PC.</p><p>At the evening I am going to sleep very early around nine o'clock because in the last days I am going to bed very late.</p><p>These habits will help me be more focused and efficient.</p><p>A task list helps me prioritize and avoid forgetting important things.</p><p>Time blocks help me stay concentrated and finish documents faster.</p><p>Starting tasks immediately helps me avoid last-minute stress and delays.</p><p>When I go to sleep very early, next day  I can get up feeling well, energetic, good, to start the day.</p>]]></description>
