The baby foods are imported from Korea, Australia and Thailand. The Korean baby’s food brand is Renewallife, while the Australian baby’s food brand is Happy Baby. For the Thailand baby’s food brand is Apple Monkey. They are all organic foods. They are all organic foods. As weaning marks, the beginning of taste development, it’s best not to allow babies to get accustomed to poor quality, processed foods as it can easily become an ingrained habit for years or even a lifetime. Our PBA water is not clean enough and have chlorine.  Chlorine not only kills the bad bacteria that can make us sick, but it also kills good bacteria on which our skin relies. In this baby spa business, we always ensure that the water is free from chlorine that may cause acne, dry skin and rashes. We are having the filter and anti-bacteria system to purify and clean the water. The water which without the filtration and anti-bacteria system the water is dirty which is in brownish in colour. We will use the system to make the water clear as crystal.

Which that we have 3 jaccuzi for babies at 1-2 months. The big jaccuzi for babies up to 2 months. I also learn about the float. We are having 3 types of float which is neck float, waist float and sit float. The neck float is for the babies below 1 years old and the sit and waist float for babies up to 1 years old. This is because the baby will not fall in the jaccuzi and to comfort them. We have 4 neck floats, 2 waist float and 4 sit float. The age that can come to out spa is for babies up to 27 days until 4 years old. I'll spin it almost 3 times to make sure it really easy to get dry easily. It have 2 types of towels which is that wide one for babies after swim and the small colourful one to wipe their saliva and put around the baby's neck if they are using neck float. After spinning it then i'll dry it behind near to the window to make sure it get the sun and wind from outside. We usually dry the towels for a day and pick it on the next day. After that, i'll fold it. Warming up increases body temperature, which reduces the chance for muscle and tendon injuries. A 15-20 minute warm-up increases blood flow to the exercising. It is also to make their metabolisme energy is high to kick and release energy during swimming. Babies get tired easily because they are too small due to their metabolisme of body so with warm up they will be more in the jaccuzi. The strength is product posting service online (Lazada)- we are having posting for customers that purchase our product such us Mustela and we will be posting it out every week based on the purchase order. The weakness is not strategic location- due the location of our spa is not strategy, we will not be known to people outside. They will not recognize about our spa. the threat is competitors- the competitors are like Hipopo which having the same services with us. This can threaten our business. last one the opportunity is increase products selling- she also plans to add more Mustela and baby foods to approach customer to purchase for their babies also for them. This can make more customer to walk into our company to look over it.
