There are so many things I’d love to do and so many opportunities to work, not only as a bedside nurse, but also outside of the hospital. Anyway, at the moment I think that I might like working in an emergency field or in psychiatry. I also love the idea of being an ambulance nurse, but I don’t think I could do it because I get very car sick. For now I just want to keep studying and then I will think about my future, I think it takes time to figure out the right path to follow but it will be woth it.

I really enjoyed working with my last tutor in the Respiratory Diseases Unit. He was really prepared and also intrested in making me learn lots of things. Almost every day, when we had a calm moment in the ward and nothing urgent to do, he would sit down with me and we would discuss some of the procedures that we saw or that i wanted to learn more about, and I think that it was a very useful thing to do. Also, I think that is very important to have a respectful relationship with one another and to talk about every doubt that we might have. In conclusion, in my opinion the more you communicate with your tutor the more possibilities you have to learn and enjoy your experience.

I liked how one of your tutors used down time very wisely to discuss procedures with you.  I agree.. communication is essential..and not only with a tutor.
