         <description><![CDATA[<div>Spend Time in Nature- you should go outside a lot, going to parks or nature preserves (any natural place) is better. nature makes you fell happy, and calm (unless you're being chased by a bear). some things that can get in the way are school/work, bad weather, etc...<br><br>Have Fun-Having fun can help relieve stress by taking your mind off the bad things in life and it can also help relax you because it will make your mind feel more comfortable. Time can limit the possibility of doing this greatly.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Get Adequate Sleep- sleep for 8-10 hours a night, it recharges your energy. some things that can get in the way of sleep are getting up early, late night activities, phones or TV's in your room, etc...<br><br>Get Plenty of Physical Activity- you should get at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day, this means getting your heart rate up. some things that can get in the way are sickness, laziness, bad weather, work/school, etc...</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Play games/puzzles-This will help by making you have to think your way out of situations, but some games are just a good stress reliever. Something that might get in the way of getting it done would be not having enough free time<br><br>Develop new skills and interests- developing new skills will help work your brain and expand what you know. Like games and puzzles time is a major limiting factor in this as well.</div>]]></description>
