         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Simplify any grouping symbols: ( ) [ ] { } /<br>2. Combine like terms on both sides of the equals.<br>3. Cancel out the smaller coefficient of the variables by adding the opposite to each side.<br>4. Cancel out the constant that is on the same side as the variable<br>5. Cancel out the coefficient of the variable by  doing the inverse operation.<br>6. Check your work by subbing the variable into the equation.<br>Note: You will not always do all the steps for every equation.</div>]]></description>
