When we are quiet and still we are much more able to observe the world around us. Try this activity both inside and outside. Record your observations and post them in the comments section.
Materials: Writing instrument and paper. ( Markers/ colored pencils are optional) You can write what you observe or you can draw a picture.
Set up: 
1. Find a nice comfortable space and have a seat. 
2. Close your eyes and breath slowly for a few minutes.
Once you are quiet and still open your eyes.
3. Record the following:
What do you hear
What do you feel
What do you smell
What do you see

1 1/2 cups of milk
4 cups of Flour
4 tablespoons of butter
3 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

Mix the ingredients into a dough and roll out to a thickness of about 1/2 inch. Cut into squares (2x2) or use a cookie cutter. 🤬 the top with a fork.
