The training aimed at an in-depth study and understanding of the Finnish educational system, which is considered one of the best in the world.

During the program, Ms. Maladaki had the opportunity to visit the Finnish Institute for Educational Policy, the Oodi Public Library, the Kaisa-talo University Library, the Kulttuuritalo Cultural Center, and to attend seminars and workshops focused on modern educational practices and innovative teaching methods implemented in Finland.

She also visited the Greek Embassy in Helsinki, where she was warmly welcomed by Ambassador Ms. Natalia M. Karageorgou and was informed about the life and education of the Greek community in Helsinki and Finland
