         <description><![CDATA[<div>What the process is:<br>1) workflow (cross functional roles and responsibilities)<br>2) Risks (what can go wrong and how to fix it - course versions; mode of delivery; student learning styles/ support needs; etc)<br>3) Timeline (how long can the student expect to wait for this to happen)<br>4) Financial implications (how are the funds provisioned for the shared delivery between campuses)<br>5) transfer from F2F toF2F Campus V's F2F to Digital (or visa versa).&nbsp; What are differences&nbsp;<br>As more students are seeking to have a greater say in how their learning is facilitated and what it looks like, we are seeing an increased number of campus-to-campus transfers.&nbsp; HT need to manage the process and the learner's expectations and any resulting complaints.&nbsp; There does not appear to be a clear understanding across TAFENSW about what this process is and workflow responsibilities.&nbsp; The new Transfer Matrix is good and needs to be disseminated across to all delivery teams.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>'Regularly reviewing learner outcomes and experiences helps us continually improve, and that's what education quality is about. To know where we need to improve, we can use the wealth of data on hand, which tells us how learners and courses are going.&nbsp;<br>To do this, we're currently pulling various data sources into 'Course Performance Canvases' and trialling them in a few areas, such as commercial cookery, electrotechnology, carpentry, plumbing, automotive, and hairdressing. These canvases will support conversations about continuous improvement between teaching sections, Teacher Engagement Networks and Skills Excellence Networks and support several strategic initiatives underway.&nbsp;<br>In building the canvases, we're looking at feedback, completion, and employment outcome measures, as well as keeping an eye on where learners are currently up to in their journey. Attendance and engagement with learning tells us how students are progressing and where we need to support them.&nbsp;<br>Purpose? - link to our TAFE NSW Vision and strategy<br>What is NPR (net promoter score)<br>How does it work?&nbsp;<br>How are students sampled, what surveys/ when<br>How to access and use information ie dashboard<br>How can a Head Teacher use it to inform continuous improvement for their section?<br>Margot McNeil will recommended Sharon Fenger, Megan Hill to talk to this - they are leading the project.          <description><![CDATA[<div>From Terri Blanch -Snr Analysts Continuous Improvement.&nbsp; "Following an internal audit report in 2021 on Customer Complaints, a project team was established to introduce a timely and consistent approach to complaints management across all regions of TAFE NSW.</div><div>The improved ways in which we manage customer complaints has been approved by both Margot McNeill and Janet Schorer and has been circulated to all the Directors of Customer Stakeholder Relations and Regional Directors and the improved process is due to launch on 29 May 2023.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>An approach has been planned for stakeholder training with the relevant stakeholders and we are working with corporate comms for all staff communications.&nbsp; Training sessions are currently underway for staff who manage customer complaints across TAFE NSW.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Following the implementation of the staff complaints recently, we are looking at a similar approach with the learning dives for staff who wish to know more information on customer complaints who can voluntarily attend a learning dive.</div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
