There was a time period where I used to always watch the news and make it a habbit to keep myself informed and therefore realistic and that was just me and who I was. I found that this outlook on life had a negatie impact on me, made me more sad in the fact where I could not enjoy life the way that I wanted to becuase I was forced to feel like reality sucks when thats not the case. I changed this, now I keep myself informed to an extent allowing me to keep optimism in my mind allowing me to be a very happy person.
