To set up conference room,

1. Open Doors
2. Turn-on Lights
3. Add Sign-In Sheet/Clipboard
4. Log in to computer if needed

To clean up the conference room, you must:

1. Log out of the computer
2. Turn off the TV
3. Throw away any trash/pickup leftover materials
4. Wipe down the table if needed
5. Confirm backdoor is locked
5. Turn off lights
6. Close doors

Summarize Post-Workshop Surveys

Task: Summarize Post-Workshop Surveys for Fall 2022. To access the online survey, please log in to Qualtrics using my Username and Password. Please do not share this information with anyone.

Login to Qualtrics.
Click on the Menu icon (3 lines), then click Projects.
On the left-side navigation, click Workshop Survey.
Click on the Name of the Survey you would like to summarize. You can start with the “Fall 2022 Workshop Survey” and “Fall 2021 Workshop Survey.”
Click on the Results tab.
Filter survey based on Q2 – Workshop information.
Once the survey filtered, click Share Report in the upper-right corner. Then, click Word Document.
Make sure all questions are selected, then click Export Pages.
Click Download and open the file.
Click Done to close pop-up box.

Cleaning Schedule

All employees are responsible for cleaning their areas.

The CTX office is broken into four sections for monthly cleaning:

Section 1 - Computers
Section 2 - Conference Room
Section 3 - Round Table & Reading Area
Section 4 - Front Desk Counters and Credenza Area

You will focus on cleaning one section on the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month. Rotate sections frequently.
