2. When it is slow shutter speed it is blurry and you can see the details in each picture. When it is  fast shutter speed it becomes darker and more in depth.
3. Fast shutter speed is freezing time and you can get action shots. You would want to use slow shutter speed when you want to blur something or make it become lighter.
