         <description><![CDATA[<div>No. Because they may not write the real answer or someone will do the survey by replacing. The online version is not a good way to have the reliable data.&nbsp; In my opinion, the hard copies can be given to some of the students to double check their answers to make sure there is a reliable data. The population is not enough as well. Because elementary school kids are not allowed to use electronic devices. And not all teachers will do the survey maybe. Even some staffs like cleaners still should be counted. As a result, this can influence the sample directly. It's too small to calculate it. It's meaningless.</div>]]></description>
