There are SO many systems in place to run a functional school and there are SO many more systems to run a safe and functional school during a pandemic. You make sure every student and staff member is safe every single day. Thank you for everything that you do. All the work behind the scenes and in front of everybody does not go unnoticed. We appreciate you all SO much. You deserve much more than just an appreciation week!

Thank you Nurse Team for all your hard work and efforts to keep our students and staff healthy this year. Thank you to the Ops team for all the work you've done to get our school back up and running safely especially given all of the extra covid protocols. Shout out to Nicole for always ensuring we have the materials we need. Shout out to Mariela for helping us figure out transportation for our students. Shout out to Leandro and Mayreliz for handling all of the calls in the front desk and keeping our dismissal doc updated! Shout out to our nutrition team for their attention to students dietary needs and their emails about left over food for staff! Thank you nurses for keeping both the staff and students at our school safe. Thank you for reassuring students who are nervous about COVID testing, for running around and helping teachers get COVID tested, and for always supporting families and KIPPsters whenever a student has to go home. Nurses! Thank you for helping us during what can be feel like the most scary or uncomfortable moments. You meet us with calmness and compassion and make us feel heard. Thank you for all the small (band aids and bloody noses) to the big things (broken bones, COVID testing, and vomit) you do for us (students and teachers) every day!
