Some solutions to help this SDG:
For reducing sectarian we should create mobile application for people volunteering people to choose people whom are creative not powerful. 
For children try to do them summer activities ( camping, recycling, drawing in walls) to make their life inside their environment. 
Do monthly blood test for teenagers and awareness for drugs addiction. 

Transparency of Government
Improving the transparency of government is necessary to uphold justice and peace to reduce bribery and corruption.  Two-thirds of countries face corruption in the public sector, and corruption is a direct cause of inequality. 

Creating Safer Communities
Violence is one of the leading causes of death globally for people aged 15 to 44. Developing safe communities is essential to bettering education, gender equality, well-being and reducing poverty. 

Freedom of Expression & Opposition
There is a consecutive decline in global freedom across political right and civil liberties. Countries that lack this freedom are the main reason as to why journalists are being killed and or persecuted for their works.

Technology & Security Updates
Cybercrime and economic espionage is estimated to cost the world more than $445 billion every year, equal to 1% global income. With updates to technology and security, the world can protect itself from theft like this and save money while protecting its citizens private information. 




Most Impactful Solutions
Create safer communities
A safe community is key to promoting freedom of expression, ending racism, a cleaner environment, and teenage safety. If people feel safe, then they are more comfortable with their thoughts, opinions, and actions and will do more to end the problems they or their communities are experiencing. 

Transparency of government 
Excessive secrecy can undermine the quality of public decision-making and prevent citizens from checking the abuses of public power. This can have a negative effect on all aspects of society and the government. Transparency helps society hold government to account, promote good governance, improve public policy, and most importantly combat corruption.
